Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.

Replacement Policy

To request a replacement:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (unboxing video preferred)

• Share clear photos of the damaged product
