Each candle is hand-poured and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These natural differences are not defects but part of the handmade process.

We use premium soy coconut wax blend and high-quality fragrance oils to ensure a clean and elegant burn experience.

3. Orders & Payments

We accept:

• Prepaid payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or COD verification. Dazzledeep Candles reserves the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos of the damaged product

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
